In total there was 3 interviews and 2 assessments. I met with Aasimah from Instant Impact first she was lovely and extremely helpful throughout the process. She was about to talk after every interview and answered all My questions. My first interview with a member of Octopus Energy was with Amber she was friendly and made the interview fun and relaxed. It was lovely to meet her! Then came the assessments. The verbal one was fine but the numerical one was harder, I recommend having a calming cup of tea before hand and do it on a laptop not a phone! Final interview was with Josh and Silas and it was all about finding out about me, both of them were friendly, kind and genuinely really wanted to know about me. I only had to wait a week to find out the outcome and I found out I got the job, so excited to start!
