There were several stages including initial interview with Instant Impact, a timed English and Maths tests, online Discovery Day involving group tasks and an individual interview. Mollie from Instant Impact was massively helpful in preparing me and letting me know what to expect.

Tuve dos entrevistas con talent y con OPS manager y TL. Me sentí muy cómoda en todo momento, me dieron la posibilidad de expresar mis motivaciones para unirme a Octopus y me escucharon activamente en todo momento. Fueron muy rápidos también en confirmarme .

Ha sido un excelente proceso de selección. Desde la descripción de la vacante, hasta el día de la entrevista. Realmente todo ha sido muy familiar y amigable. Cuentan con un grupo de trabajo que lo hace todo muy dinámico y eso es de valorarlo. ¡Muchas gracias!
