Initially got a call from Tayla saying she would like to book me in for a video Interview with her. After a video call with her she let me know i was successful and we moved on to the next step of the hiring process which was the numerical and verbal tests. Tayla sent me an email once i had submitted the online tests to let me know that i have passed. Next step was the Discovery day with the company. It included a group customer service task and a group research task on which you are assessed. Its not as daunting as it sounds the staff and other candidates are extremely friendly and supportive and time flies by . After the Discovery day i got a call from Tayla the next day saying i have successfully made it through to the next stage which was the final stage of the process. This was a video interview with a team leader in the office i will be based in. Again it was not as daunting as it seemed, it was a really relaxed interview lasted about half an hour and i was offered a job at the end of the interview. A huge thank you to Tayla for being so supportive and friendly throughout the entire process.
