I applied to the London office and was contacted by Egle from Instant Impact for an initial phone call. We then scheduled a 30 minute informal virtual interview which then lead on to being sent a numerical & verbal reasoning test. After passing these tests I was invited to a virtual 'Discovery Day' which consisted of two group based tasks, a Q&A and a one on one interview. I was then invited for another 'final call' where I accepted the job offer. Egle from Instant Impact was fantastic. She was super supportive and helpful throughout the entire process, from answering all my questions to just wishing me luck for my interviews. The Discovery Day itself was very relaxed and stress free. It really gave people the opportunity to give their best whilst being themselves. It was also a great opportunity to understand more about working at Octopus.
