Interview and recruitment process was good. Initial phone call and video interview with recruitment - Egle at Instant Impact - who was amazing and helped me throughout the process. Then into Zoom session which is quite long (3 hours) but actually pretty enjoyable. Everyone does their best to make you feel comfortable and just be yourself really. Some of the questions are quite generic and mainly behavioural/situational as I guess they haven’t seen your CV, to make the process fair and diverse, but you can apply those questions to your relevant experience. Then finally an interview in the office and a quick tour and a job offer at the end.
