It was quite a long interview process with multiple stages but was fun and interesting, I enjoyed it throughly. You get paired with a recruitment agent who is with you throughout the whole process which I found to be really helpful. My agent was Tayla who helped me with all my queries, was so lovely and friendly and made me feel welcome instantly. This really stuck out to me in comparison to other interview processes because it really emphasised the support and care Octopus have for their employees well-being. It was really interesting getting to talk to other applicants and work alongside them while meeting Octopus employees.
