The interview process at Octopus has 4 steps. First interview with Instant Impact recruiter. Prep call. Discovery Day and Final interview. This process can seem quite daunting at first but with the help of Egle at instant impact and everyone I met from Octopus it was a much more relaxed and fun experience! Egle was so supportive throughout and really helped me secure this position. The discovery day was really interesting and gives the perfect insight into Octopus. Around 20 members of the octopus team are on hand to guide the group of applicants through the process and really give a feel for the company. The final interview was with a team manager at the dedicated office you are applying for. Again this was a really relaxed and interesting conversation and made the job offer at the end a very easy decision. I can’t wait to start in March!
