Very thorough interview process. I was contacted by Charlie from Instant Impact and we arranged interview number one. I was made to feel at ease whilst we had a pretty standard customer service interview. I was sent a maths and english test, followed up with a call to arrange the discovery day. I was quite nervous for this but it was actually really really fun! Talking with current Octopus staff and hearing what they had to say about the company was incredibly insightful and really fuelled my passion. The final stage was an interview with two members of the digi ops team and again I was made to feel incredibly at ease. It was a tough recruitment process, but it was massively worthwhile.
