Interview
I was already a regular sales consultant. They hire from inside for the slightly elevated positions. Many of the same questions from the original interview. Strengths, weaknesses, very open ended questions about why you want the job. The process overall was very much the same. You just have a one on one interview with the store manager and then are interviewed as well by the assistant store manager. They ask the same questions unless the feel like deviating from the script for whatever reason. Not really sure if this would count as a one on one interview or if it should be considered more of a panel type interview. Either way it isn't difficult so long as you keep cool and are minimally prepared.

Pretty easy with straightforward questions. Typical problem solving and situational questions. Not very difficult, just needed to have a few ideas prepared. Did not ask why I wanted to work at the company.
