Initial resume to interview scheduling took a few months but once I got the interview hiring was quick. What I was told I was going to be doing and actual job description was completely different. I think this is due to the hiring manager not really knowing what her employees do. Also hiring managers need to be trained on overall process for hiring--it was unorganized, but quick. Hired on the spot.
