Applied online and received an offer for a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of general information and conversational skills. After the phone interview, scheduled an in-person interview at the location I applied for. Relatively laid back interview and the questions weren't anything challenging. Mostly discussed previous work experience in retail or customer service.

Hiring Process went every smooth. I met with the store manager and the assistant store manager. I asked me about myself and work history. Asked about my hobbies as well. Then proceeded to tell me job description.

Basic and straightforward. Store manager made me sell him a pen off his desk. The whole interaction was really awkward and it didn’t feel like he knew what he was doing.
