This was done in three steps. Step one involved going into the store and taking an assessment test on the company's intranet. Step two involved talking with the assistant store manager, who really did the bulk of the interview. Step three, if you got the go-ahead from the ASM, was to speak with the store manager. There were a couple of days in between step one and steps two and three.
