I applied online. I interviewed at Office Depot (Austin, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
Quick phone call from the recruiter asking about your experience. It's about 30 minutes and then if he thinks you have potential he will let you know he'll reach out about the in person interview. The in person interview is with 2 managers and there's no guarantee they'll be the manager you end up with. I will never again interview with a company that doesn't let you interview with the manager you would report to. Huge mistake. The questions are mostly sales related. I prefer behavioral interviews.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Office Depot (Austin, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
The first part of the interview was a phone call from the HR rep. He seemed so down and not happy to do the call at all. I passed his portion of the interview however and was scheduled a week later to meet in person. I met with two managers who interviewed me. I thought the interview went well, I can prepared and answered the questions honestly. After the interview I got a call a few hours later saying that I was not chosen to go on to the next round, as I do not have sales experience. Which, I have over eight years in aggressive cold calling, in and outbound sales. That left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth.
