I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Office Depot (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
After submitting my application online, I came into the store several times per week to check on the status of my application. After several attempts, I finally came across the store manager, who seemed to like me. He immediately scheduled an interview with me for the following week. My first interview was with the assistant manager, who did not seem to like me and indicated that there were no permanent positions available. However, the following week, I had my second interview, and it was with the store manager. He immediately offered me a permanent position pending passage of the drug test, background check, and personality test. This process took an additional two weeks, making the entire process almost a month-long.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Office Depot in Feb 2012
Interview
Applied online and received a call a week later from the manager who told me to come in whenever I could to take a test at the store. The test was a multiple choice personality test consisting of 125 question. Once finished they said they will be in touch. I received another call from the assistant manager three days later who scheduled a interview with me the next day. Interview was with the assistant manager and department manager and was easy. Typical interview questions, very casual. Then told to expect to receive a call in 4 days.
