Manager who interviewed me was nice enough. Asked basic questions about my work ethic, how I'd get a project done, what kind of work environment I do best in, etc.

Interview
I did my application and got a call like two or three weeks later from the store manager. Went to my interview, I arrived very early. No one acknowledged me, but the cashiers. After 30 minutes the assistant store manager came over and started the interview. She was very annoyed, not with me but she just seemed like she didn't want to be there. She asked basic questions like how would I act or do in certain situations. She seemed to like me. She was letting me know about the dress code and that I would have to take my nose ring out which I already knew and I was fine with because I'm use to it in work situations. She let me fill out my background papers and told me to go to the copy center to get a copy of my ID. She told me the store manager was going to talk to me about my pay and after that I left. Its been two days and I'm still waiting on a call back.

Interview
I applied through the online website for the position of stock associate. I later got a email about doing a personality quiz through a online link. After two weeks I got a call for a interview. During the interview I was asked questions related to how I would work on a work environment. I was also asked questions about how I would sell a product or a service to a customer. The interview was pretty easy and no necessary preparation was required aside from being yourself and respectful.
