The interview process was simple and efficient. I was called after applying and taking a short pre-employment survey had a meeting scheduled for the following Monday for an interview. The interview didn't take place in a back office or a hidden room; it took place on the furniture pad of the store, where I could see the customer interactions and see what a working day was like for an employee here. After the first interview, I was asked to come back in two days for a second interview with the store manager. WHile the first interview was much more laid back and had more to do with personal questioning of my views on this or that in the workplace, the second interview was very much about business. Questions about my skills, my experiences, and even some scenarios thrown at me to solve.AT the end of the day, I walked out of the building with a job offer and a sense that I already had a connection with a store that hadn't even hired me yet.
