Interview
Applied in person. Called a couple times over the course of the next week and asked about my application. Was offered an interview about a week after my initial application. Interview was informal and lasted about 10-15 minutes. I was asked why I felt I was a good candidate for the position and about my strengths/weaknesses, and what hours I would be available. Then we discussed what my pay/hours would be like, as well as what kind of work environment I could expect. Was offered the position right after the interview for $10.75/hr.
The interview process consisted on an initial and final interview with a hiring manager for the company. The interview with the hiring manager took about forty five minutes to complete.

In the interview, they asked about experience, strengths, weaknesses, goals, problem-solving skills, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and reasons for wanting the position.

Manager was really kind, got the job same day. She asked basic questions, it was the same as adoption day over at Petsmart so we had an easy going conversation about that as well.
It was extremely easy and very well executed. It was very simple and well done. Also the design was really cool. I have been looking for something similar to this but I have never been to the beach
