Interview
Very quick. I applied on a Monday and was called in for an interview two days later (part of the reason why I applied was because I stopped in a store on that Monday and the hiring manager mentioned he would be looking at applications the next day). I showed up on Thursday for the interview. It took maybe less than 15 minutes. I sat in the manager's office, he barely took a look at my application or resume and just asked me some standard questions. When he was done, he said he would do the background check (since you agree to it by doing the application) and that I should hear if I was hired by Monday.

The interview process consisted on an initial and final interview with a hiring manager for the company. The interview with the hiring manager took about forty five minutes to complete.

In the interview, they asked about experience, strengths, weaknesses, goals, problem-solving skills, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and reasons for wanting the position.

Interview
Manager was really kind, got the job same day. She asked basic questions, it was the same as adoption day over at Petsmart so we had an easy going conversation about that as well.
It was extremely easy and very well executed. It was very simple and well done. Also the design was really cool. I have been looking for something similar to this but I have never been to the beach
