Interview
Interview process was OK. Looking for a HUNTER. Must be able to close new sales quickly. Don't expect much training. You'll have to learn on the fly. Company uses a lot of internal acronyms, even when speaking to customers.

Interview
It was pretty standard. You sit across from one of two managers that could hire you and they bounce questions and ideas off you to see how you respond. Only one of the two managers that interview you can bring you onto their team. They are in control of who's butt fills what seat and on what team.
