I had two interviews in the same day first one was with the general manager where he basically asked me simple questions that I aced like in no time after the interview I did a computer assessment where I had to score 70 or more which I did because I was asked to return for a 2nd interview in the afternoon with a department manager where he basically asked me the same questions as the general manager the only thing that was different was that I had to sell him something from the store and I did he walked to the back got a form and sent me or a drug test after saying they will hire me I just need to pass this test

Typical sales interview questions. Had to meet with the hiring manager and take an assessment test. It last about an hour. Seems like a great company with obtainable goals. It was for an outside sales position. B2B

Was asked to come in for an interview a few days after applying, very nice & welcoming interviewer, but did not find out that i didn’t get the job until months later
I went in for an interview after asking for a job. It was easy, typical questions. I negotiated pay due to experience. Got an offer the same day. It was about 30 minutes.
