I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Office Depot (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2013
Interview
The process was quick and easy; interview questions were very run of the mill and did not cause too much difficulty. If you have interviewed for any other entry level customer service position, especially in a retail setting, you can glide through this. Typical questions include best and worst experiences as a customer, worst work situation you've dealt with, etc.

Interview
Simple. Received a call, came in for the interview and was asked several questions. Most questions were easy and it seemed as though they were not very picky with who they hired.
I was interviewed at the same time with one other applicant. They ask very basic questions about work ethic. To really make a great impression, come prepared with questions to ask the manager.
