Applied online and received a call three weeks later to come in for an interview. Interviewed with the store manager and then with the print services manager, both of whom were excited for me to join the team... Then, six weeks passed with no word from them, during which I found another position. They did eventually call me to follow through, apologizing for taking so long, and asking me to fill out information for a background check. I had a felony conviction from years earlier on my otherwise spotless record, which I disclosed and explained on my initial application. However, when my background check returned this information, they rescinded their offer. I'm pretty sure I dodged a bullet that time.
