Smooth interview. Ask about all you previous experience and want to make sure that you have the adequate experience needed. Ask some basic tell me about yourself questions to gauge personality as well.
Overall great interview process very straight forward and to the point with good explanation of job details like hours and when you can take breaks and when you must clock in when you must clock out.

2 mgr interviews before opening a background check. The background check took 2 days and I was called in to orientation the next day. That took a few hours. Training was planned out and was both online and in person.
