Met with hiring manager for one hour and went through standard interview questions. Hiring manager was very friendly, and just looking to confirm skill set. Very reasonable. I was referred to this position by a well respected member of the staff, so that probably helped.

Das Interview besteht aus 2 Terminen mindestens. Im ersten hat man ein Gespräch mit dem direkten Vorgesetzten bzgl der Stelle und seinen Qualifikationen. Falls dieses Gespräch gut läuft, wird man in der Regel zu einem weiteren Gespräch eingeladen mit dem Abteilungsleiter. Je nach Stelle muss man hier noch eine Aufgabe bearbeiten und diese in einer Präsentation vorstellen. Englisch ist in diesem Unternehmen und während der Interviews ein muss.
