Question 1
Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you turn the situation around?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Office Depot (Vancouver, WA)
Interview
I applied online and was called in by the store manager about a week later to set up an interview. I went in the next week and met with the store manager. He was really nice and down to earth about the job description and gave a basic overview of a typical work day and working conditions, and then asked if I was still interested in moving forward. After a typical retail-oriented question and answer session, where I was given a chance to ask my own questions, I was directed to a computer terminal to complete an assessment. After I finished, I was dismissed. The whole process took about 25 minutes.
