Interview
I was hired on the spot. I went in, asked if they were hiring and the manager asked a few quick and technical questions, and before i knew it, he told me to send a quick application in and he would run a background check. the background check took a week or so, but it wasn't bad at all.
The interview process consisted on an initial and final interview with a hiring manager for the company. The interview with the hiring manager took about forty five minutes to complete.

In the interview, they asked about experience, strengths, weaknesses, goals, problem-solving skills, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and reasons for wanting the position.

Interview
Manager was really kind, got the job same day. She asked basic questions, it was the same as adoption day over at Petsmart so we had an easy going conversation about that as well.
It was extremely easy and very well executed. It was very simple and well done. Also the design was really cool. I have been looking for something similar to this but I have never been to the beach
