Office Depot Sales Representative interview questions

The process consisted of three 45 minute interviews with each of the managers I would be reporting to. Questions were more behavioral in nature rather than base don competencies.

The management at the Lincoln, NE South location was a half hour late for the job interview. When I pleasantly acknowledged this and said it wouldn't be a problem and that I would be happy to wait around the store I was told that perhaps I should wait at Trader Joe's, which is next door instead. Of course, the Trader Joe's we have here in Lincoln is extremely small and has no seating. On the other hand, Office Depot has a coffee area with many chairs. I was given the impression that I was not welcome at this Office Depot even though I was well-dressed, and I had scheduled this interview with a manager 1 week prior to my arrival.
