I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy (London, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
CV and cover letter followed by an initial interview, then a task which I talked about in the second stage interview in person. They rejected me for not having enough experience which was a fair reason. They then reached out about another opening in the team and invited me to apply again. After two more interviews, albeit fairly casual ones although one was in person, they rejected me again for the same reason. The team were nice and communicative but I felt my time was wasted going through the second application.
