Human resources contacted me first after reviewing my application I submitted online. The person from human resources held a 20 minute phone call that went through some generic interview questions specific to the job but as well as the fit to the company. Then the manger of social work contacted me to set up an in person interview. The interview was a review of the position, the manger asked me questions specific to my experience that makes me a good fit for the role . The manger was advertising this position to me as well as myself to her.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR and spent about 15 mins answering generic questions. I was then called by the office of the hiring manager to interview. I went in that week for the interview with two managers who asked about my previous experience and told me about the job and what to expect. About 1 week later I was offered the job.
