I applied, and I e-mailed a contact I had with the company stating I applied.
I had a phone screening that was about 10 minutes and was asked about why I wanted to work at OhioHealth and what my goals are. On the phone, they set up my interview.
I went to my interview, I was asked about my skills, why I wanted to work there, work history, and then I was shown around the facility.
It took about a month, and then I was offered the position.
