I applied for the position at OhioHealth in November, and had my first interview in mid-December with HR via phone. Due to the holidays, I was told that I might not hear from them again until sometime in January. The second interview was scheduled in mid-January with the executive the position supported via video call. Was told they would be making a decision by the end of the month in the interview. However, about a week later was told that they wanted me to interview with two administrative employees who I would be working with, thus delaying that process. I arranged interviews in early February and met with both, sent off thank you letters...and waited...and waited...and waited. Sent a follow-up email to the executive the position supports inquiring again when they would be making a decision. Never received a response. Reached out a final time at the end of February, and to this day have never received even a courtesy response to let me know they had gone with someone else. Although I had considered applying for other positions within OhioHealth, this experience and lack of response after 4 interviews has caused me to look for opportunities with other companies.
