The process took 3 months. I interviewed at OhioHealth (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a really long process and unfortunately felt that the the excessive amount of interviews were unnecessary for the role. Also some of the senior team members who interviewed were objectively rude and tried gotcha questions. Overall it gave me the impression they did not care and could've cared less that I was there even though I made it to the final round of interviews.

How do you work with different departments in an organization?
3 Rounds of Interviews. Very Nice all around. First interview is a phone screening, then you meet with the direct manager, and lastly a peer interview. I would recommend them.
