Not transparent with compensation and therefore it was not a good use of time. Wish they had been clear up front with pay so we could have avoided the waste of time. Just include it in the post.
Fast, it was a phone call and then a zoom interview and not too invasive. Discussed compensation early and it was brief. I have not yet met the word min so here we are still typing.
