they just asked me basic cooking questions. i think they just cared that i was of legal working age and a citizen. thats pretty much it. this website wants more words but i don't know what else to include. it was an interview for a cook position. its as easy as it gets

The person who interviewed me seemed pleasant and easy to talk to but the only real question pertaining to the job was if I was looking for part time or full time work and to tell them about myself. Which doesn't seem like a very creative question.
If you interview here be prepared to be doing most of the talking. The lack of questions and explanation of the role they were trying to fill did set up some red flags for me.
I was told I had good qualifications and that I would receive a phone call the next morning. Next morning; nothing.
While I understand ghosting from companies happens a courtesy message or email to let me know they moved onto other applicants would have been nice.

the only thing that was stated was they want someone who wants to be there.
