Interview
I was greeted at the door and the instructed to fill out an online application while there on the company's laptop. Followed by personality quiz that is somewhere in the neighborhood of 75-100 questions to rule out that you are lazy, angry, vengefull or pety. Afterwards, provided that your test metrics do not rate you as a sociopath, you will meet a manager who will conduct the interview. It is a slightly above scale pizza and beer restaurant so business casual is recomended for the interview. The managing staff at this particular restaurant are quite impressed with the company's 'culture' and will be put off you do not immediately buy into it. The company is also heavily angled toward the craft beer market so a working knowledge of beers or a general interest was expected.

I would advise having a couple quick 25 second responses on hand about why you want to work there, how you are comfortable with people, and a few examples of how you have solved some misunderstanding that made people break out in song rejoicing your name.

Came in for an interview. I waited at the front for nearly 10 minutes and no one came. Had to ask the bartender for help. Interviewing manager gave off really weird and creepy vibes. Freaked me out.
It was one sit down interview for 30 minutes. I met with the manager and waited at least 10 minutes to meet with them after the interview started. They usually make the interviewee wait as long of time as they showed up prior until the start time.

It was very relaxed and I came in too professional.
The interviewer kept getting distracted and acted as if she’d rather not be there. It was definitely weird. I felt I was over qualified for the position.
