Old Chicago Server interview questions

I first went and interviewed for the job with a group of other individuals. After talking to the group the manager talked to each one of us individually. He asked personal questions such as how I like to spend my free time and asked about my job history. Since I was in college at the time he also said that the position had flexible hours.

After submitting an application online (the only way they are accepted) I waited less than two weeks before I was contacted. The interview was less than 10 minutes and relatively simple. Immediately following the interview I was hired. The overall process took less that 3 weeks and was quite simple.
