I went through 3 rounds of increasingly difficult brain teaser/probability interviews. After interviewing with one of the partners, I got a programming test involving finding errors in trading logs (definitely pretty involved, requires strong Python/Unix knowledge). Got an onsite interview with some fit/critical reasoning questions -- not brain teasers though, questions that reveal how you think. Some were a bit tough, didn't end up getting the offer.
