Interview
First is an online assessment, which is a mix of multiple choice and a couple easy/medium coding questions in any language.
After a few days I was called by someone at Old Mission. The call was mostly informational, but not structured, and they talked for considerably longer than I was expecting. At the end of the call, I scheduled a coding interview.

30 minute recruiter phone call followed by 15 minute phone screen. The phone screen covers standard OS fundamentals and trivia in a blitz fashion. Asked to answer some questions and explain some concepts.
