Was suggest by the recruiter to apply for this position after submitting my resume for another position in software engineering. The interview completely avoided testing any programming skills and focused heavily on brain teasers involving mental math tricks, all without paper. There were very simply probably problems made difficult by the requirement they be done without paper. Seemed more concerned with mental math than skills in relevant fields. Interviewer came off condescending at times. Had I known the style and focus of the interview I would not have applied to this company.
