3 Quantitative Phone interviews followed by programming assignment then Superday in New York
HR set the original phone call, I had two separate phone interview with two traders in Chicago who asked me a bunch of mental math, probability and programming questions. The mental math questions were tricky as I wasn't supposed to use a pen and paper. The probability questions were pretty basic to anyone who's good at probability, eventually they started asking multi-part probability questions that require you to break the problem into smaller problems. That was harder without a pen and paper to keep track of the moving parts. As for programming they asked pretty open ended questions like "What's the difference between Python and VBA" and also specific questions asking me to come up with algorithms and algorithm complexity.
After that I had a phone interview with one of the partners at NY. He was very friendly and excited to speak to me and asked me questions about my resume, programming and making markets.
Then I got a take home programming assignment that was very open ended. After I completed it I got an in person interview at NY. They had me do more some programming assignments, making markets and a really interesting and fun question about constructing an arbitrage strategy.
2 Days later I got the offer. About a month later they finalized my location in NY
In all the interview questions were fair, everyone I met was so friendly, and smart. Honestly, I had a blast interviewing, and 10/10 would recommend this interview process over my experiences at big banks.

Interviewed with Old Mission through college career fair. 30 minutes of problems in combo/probability/number theory/Fermi problems. I had 2 interviewers. They claim to want to test your mathematical reasoning and common sense (e.g. knowledge of certain well known constants, estimations, etc.) Very fast paced.
