Interview
Applied online, and received a call within one week.
Multiple people were partaking in the process.
Seems like a very collective group of staff that communicate well together. That being said it doesn't seem like much room to grow within the company.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Waterloo, ON) in Mar 2014
Interview
I applied online and was called to attend a group "audition". Opposed to an interview, this audition was filled with questions, games and mock sales. We were to bring something in we were passionate about and explain it (this is where you show your skill set) which went by quite smoothly. It was very fun and the atmosphere in the store was both energetic and relaxing. It is easy to feel like you belong and not intimidating at all. The hiring manager said she would get back to us if we will be hired within 1-2 days.
