I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (San Marcos, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interviewer I had was the nicest person ever! She explained the process very well and the interview itself wasn't nerve racking at all. Only had one interview and the questions were very detailed and informing. I would say just be yourself and be relaxed. Afterwards she took me on a tour of the store and explained what was in each section. It was very helpful to know where everything was.
Easy group interview. Simple questions about fashion, even had to style some outfits. Show up enthusiastic and everything will go well. Be excited and eager to help people + team mates
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
