I applied online and a couple months later I received a phone call asking if I would be interested in coming in for a group interview. I was asked to go to oldnavy.com to print out an outfit to present to the manager and the other applicants. There were four applicants altogether and we sat at a table in the break room while we were interviewed. We were asked why we wanted to work for the company, to give an example of excellent customer service that we had experienced and an instance in which we had known someone to be dishonest. Afterwards we then took turns presenting our printed outfits. The next day I received another phone call asking if I would like to come in for a one-on-one interview with another one of the managers. A few days later I was sitting in her office while she asked me to describe myself and tell her what I could bring to the team. I was also asked if I would be more comfortable working the sales floor or behind the scenes working freight and shipments. It was very casual and I could tell that she was trying to get a grip on my personality. It was short and she explained to me (after I told her I would enjoy working freight) that she would give my information to yet another manager and that I should be expecting a phone call in about a week. Almost two weeks later that phone call finally came and I was offered the job. She explained the hours I would most likely be working, the wages and gave me the time to come in for orientation.
