I applied online, got a call a week or so later for an interview. Had an interview with a nice lady who just asked me easy questions about my job history and asked me what my favorite pieces from my wardrobe were. Then she asked me for a second interview later that day. And a guy interviewed me this time-he was not as nice. They kept asking me customer service questions and questions about fashion but the job description said you would be working in the back room only and it was my understanding I wouldn't have much to do with customers so I don't see how all those questions were relevant, but what do I know! I didn't get offered the job :/

Interview
Well the company does 3 interviews for the most part. One with a manager then the ASM and finally with the Store manager. I think the hardest part was getting the foot in the door. If you no well on the first interview that's what leads to the next which isn't as crucial as the last one with the store manager.
