Interview
We were asked to pick from 3 available time slots for one day about 2 days prior. Very confusing figuring out if the slot you selected by email is your actual time slot as there wasn't any confirmation. I had to call the next day after replying to the email to make sure I had the time slot I emailed for and as it turned out I wasn't even on the list until I made it aware to the manager on the phone. There was a group interview with about 15 other people. We were initially asked for our resume and availability. We did some ice breakers and were asked to put an outfit together and why. The manager said that items on sale was what they were looking for as most Old Navy customers are looking for bargains whenever they shop there. In the email it asked for us to bring references, resume and an object that represents us or we're passionate about. It helps to bring something that shows accomplishments or describes your personality or hobby, I wish I knew this is what they meant. After that he told us what they're looking for at Old Navy when the one-on-one happens with the hiring manager.
Very easy, ask about availability and strengths/weaknesses, when you made mistakes, schooling, and what that schedule looks like, if you are looking for seasonal, part time, full time, how many days ideally you could work, do you have a solid mode of transportation
