I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Stockton, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
I applied online, and probably a month later I got a call by a hiring manager and she wanted me to have a group interview the next day. I came on time with lots of confidence, to be honest I was really excited. It was my first interview and I was really praying that I did a good job. After the interview the managers said that they'll make their decisions that day, I was waiting for the call even the next I called to follow up, I really thought I didn't get the job. The next day I called for another follow up, then a couple minutes afterwards I got a call from the manager saying I got hired.
