I applied online and was called in for a group interview 3 days later. Along with the interview i was required to print out an outfit from Old Navy's website that I like that I would have to talk about during the interview. When I got there it was about 15-20 other applicants and three managers conducting the interview. Everybody introduced themselves and talked about the outfit they chosen. After that we spent the next hour or so socializing and mingling with each other (so the managers can see how you interact with other people) while the managers rotated through groups and started asking us questions: how would you handle the fast pace environment? How have you handled an ambiguity situation you weren't prepared for in the past? and of course, Why did you choose to apply at Old Navy? The managers then all went into a room to make a final cut then came back out and the names of the people they were going to keep. (I was so happy I was one of them). After that each manager asked us 3 personal questions and split us up so we can discuss them then sent us out onto the floor to see how we would work once hired. They thanked us all for coming and our now conducting our background checks so they can give us the actual job offer and bring us on for orientation. Honestly this was the easiest group interview ever, I normally dread group interviews but everybody was really open and nice.
