I first applied online back in August. Sometime in October, I received a call asking if I was still interested. After answering yes, they asked me a few basic question such as why did I choose to apply there & what my availability was like. From there, they scheduled an interview for a few days later. The interview was fairly simple. He had a packet full of questions and just went through them asking me and taking note of all of my answers. All the basic questions like why old navy? why would you be a good fit in here? one of your best accomplishments? name a time you encountered a difficult situation and how you handled it? what would you do if you saw another employee stealing? hows your attendance? and he asked about my availability again. Then he just asked personal questions to get to know me. From there he said he had a few more people to interview and then he would give me a call. Couple days later, I received the call and I had a second interview. Met with a different manager this time who had the packet with all my answers and he just kinda reviewed all of them. Told me about the job and whats its like and then I questioned him on some things. From there he sent me on my way, said he would meet with the guy I first met with and then give me a call to let me know. Another few days went by and they called and offered me the position.
