When I got to the interview people were confused and not expecting me it seemed. I waited for 10 minutes and was brought to a back room. Right off the bat I was basically told to look elsewhere. Second interview went better than first and it seemed like she was about to offer me a job, she went and talked to the first manager and when she came back I was told they were going to keep interviewing other people. It seemed like they just wanted people with experience selling credit cards.

They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
It was very fast and efficient. They just asked simple questions to see if your able to do the job. I would recommend any one working there. They got me caught up on each step.
