Interview
To be considered for employment at Old Navy, you must fill the online application out. The application makes you a complete an assessment. Based on how you did the assessment is what depends if you will be considered. I called the store to make sure that my application was received. I spoke to a manager which confirmed that it was received and she proceeded to schedule an interview with me. The interview asked me a series of questions related to my past customer experiences. The supervisor wrote my answers in a paper. I then was contacted by another supervisor to schedule a second interview. The interview consisted of a tour around the store and a brief explanation on the job duties. Then, I was scheduled for a third interview, which, was with the general manager. She asked what hourly rate I was requesting and then welcomed me to the team. I then had a paid 4 hour orientation. Followed by training. Training is about 5 days.
